Conference Held For AIMS Officers, Crew

A conference for AIMS officers and crew members was held at the Crossworld training area in Makati City where CEO Stefanos Pesmazolou talked about the business and safety culture. This marks the first time AIMS held a conference in Crossworld.

 

Also present at the event and give their speeches were AIMS Crew Manager Maria Zogrofini who discussed welfares and compensations while Capt. Castellino Olav tackled the company’s expectation for the crew. Also at the event were C/E Emmanuel Pascua, Technical Director of Crossworld Marine Services, Inc. and Capt Rene Espinar, Operation Director of the company. Pascua talked about how importance of having a productive operations while Espinar detailed crisis coping strategies.

Before the conference ended, appreciation plaques were given to 5 crew members who have been with company for a very long time.
